Hosting

All websites need to be hosted somewhere. We can either work with your current host or create an account for you with a great hosting company for your WordPress site.

Basic Support

The WordPress sites we build come standard with Google Analytics, offsite UpDraft backups to Google Drive, and Wordfence malware protection.  Wordpress will need to be updated, and so will the installed plugins. There will need to be weekly scans for malware and maintenance of your site back-ups and analytics reports. The Basic subscription of $25 per month allows us to add your website to our production calendar to take care of all of this for you so that you can rest assured that your website continues to run smoothly and securely.  It also allows us to be on call to you as your dedicated web-guys, and have us listed as a technical point of contact on your domain name management and hosting accounts.

All accounts will be in your name and you will be provided all of your passwords.  This way, you are in full control of your stuff. The $25/month Basic support covers all this maintenance and more! Included with a BASIC subscription, is up to four free support requests per year.  If you will need more routine support, consider one of the pre-paid support subscriptions below so you can call for support every month without receiving an invoice!

Note: Although most updates are completed within 24 hours and often within the same day, we usually ask that you allow up to three (3) business days for SQP to receive and implement update requests. Larger updates take slightly longer, but we do our best to guarantee that the updates will be completed by the scheduled due date. Additional support time is billed at an hourly rate of $125. However, unlike most web development companies, we only charge per quota (capped every 15 minutes).  For example: if a project takes 15 minutes or less, the cost would be $31.25. 15-30 minutes would cost $62.50. 30-45 minutes = $93.75, and a full hour=$125.
